Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Person at Mach Motion Products, Inc., you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise to support the sales process. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting product solutions effectively, and collaborating with our local team and remote sales reps to achieve business objectives. We are looking for an Inside Sales Person to cover assigned territories with existing accounts, along with growing the account base and business in the assigned territories. Our ideal candidate is familiar with the Industrial Automation industry.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough review of customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Support our sales reps and direct accounts in the assigned territories.
- Provide technical support by understanding our products and their applications.
- Update customers and sales reps on quotes, order statuses, and engineering changes.
- Inspect and understand product samples before sending to customers.
Requirements:
- Associates / Bachelor's degree or Trade School Certificate in Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in Sales or Marketing in a technical field.
- Experience in Mac OS and Apple Mail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and understand new products.
- Willing and able to participate in all aspects of the sales process when needed. (Shipping, receiving, product modifications.)
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Experience in conducting technical product demonstrations is a plus.
This position is primarily salary based with bonus incentives for sales and performance. The job is 8a-4p Monday-Friday, Potential for occasional overnight travel for customer visits, training events, and factory visits. Additional hours outside of the standard schedule may apply depending on the urgency of the project.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
