Overview
MacGillis Law Group, LLC is looking for a full-time experienced Paralegal to join our growing personal injury team.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing all aspects of a case from intake to resolution and independently moving files forward
- Communicating with clients, insurance companies, medical offices, and other parties related to a case
- Collecting all necessary documentation and evidence related to a claim, including medical and liability records
- Drafting correspondence and demands and requesting records and handling subrogation
- Collaborating with attorneys regarding case strategy and settlement
Applicants should possess the following skills:
- 3 - 5 years personal injury experience
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate professionally with clients and legal professionals
- High level of attention to detail in writing, proofreading, and editing
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
- Ability to work in a collaborative team setting

Salary: $ 55,000 - $85,000
Salary to commensurate with experience and will be determined in part by the qualifications of the selected candidate.
