Location: Office-Based Position

Compensation: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Non-Exempt

Position Summary

MacFawn Fire and Flood Restoration is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to support company growth through outbound sales efforts, relationship development, lead generation, and daily administrative support. This position is primarily responsible for conducting cold calls, sending targeted outreach emails, and assisting with internal office functions that support sales and operations.

This is an hourly, non-exempt position focused on proactive sales activity, pipeline development, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers and referral partners
  • Develop and execute email outreach campaigns
  • Identify, qualify, and document new sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
  • Schedule appointments for field representatives and estimators
  • Follow up consistently with prospective clients
  • Assist in maintaining and growing referral partner relationships (insurance agents, property managers, realtors, etc.)
  • Track outreach metrics and report weekly activity to management
  • Assist with daily administrative office functions as assigned
  • Support scheduling coordination and internal communication
  • Help maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Assist with data entry and documentation related to sales activity
  • Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations
Performance Expectations
  • Meet established daily and weekly call and email benchmarks
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
  • Demonstrate professionalism in all communications
  • Contribute to overall company growth initiatives
  • Maintain reliability, punctuality, and strong organizational standards

This role is activity-driven and performance-monitored.

Qualifications
  • Previous sales, telemarketing, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable making outbound cold calls daily
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • High school diploma required; additional education preferred
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly rate: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
  • Non-exempt position (eligible for overtime per New York State law)

Work Schedule

Standard office hours apply. Additional hours may be required based on business needs. This position is primarily office-based unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
