Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Fashion Sales Associate and Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in fashion, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. As a Sales Associate and Stylist, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting and personalized shopping experience for our customers while helping drive sales and supporting the overall store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to customers, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations based on their needs, preferences, and current trends.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new collections, promotions, and fashion trends to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Sales & Targets: Actively engage in sales activities and contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales goals. Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and well-stocked.
- Customer Transactions: Accurately process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and gift card payments, while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and processing shipments, restocking items, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive, supportive team environment with open communication.
- Customer Feedback: Listen to customer concerns, provide resolutions, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, and provide basic problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience in a fashion or apparel environment is required.
