Senior Luxury Sales Executive - MACEOO

The Maceoo Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an elevated, luxury client experience by understanding and exceeding each client’s individual needs. This role embodies the brand through exceptional service, product expertise, and relationship driven selling, while consistently contributing to individual and store performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a refined, branded luxury client experience that reflects Maceoo’s values, history, and heritage.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual, monthly, and seasonal sales goals while contributing to overall store performance.
• Execute the Maceoo selling ceremony with confidence, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and storytelling.
• Drive and exceed individual KPI targets through high-quality service, conversion, and client development.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data within company CRM tools to support ongoing relationship building and personalized outreach.
• Actively manage and maintain a clean, organized, and up to date client book, ensuring timely follow ups on all sales and client requests.
• Build long term client relationships by advising on fashion trends, styling, and developments within the luxury market.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive, high performance store environment.
• Uphold all store security standards to ensure the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with Maceoo brand guidelines.
• Support daily store operations, including maintaining a clean sales floor, organized understock, and orderly stockroom.
• Adhere to Maceoo image standards, company policies, and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2 years of luxury fashion sales or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to diverse client needs and expectations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time Commission
• Retail Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
