Position: Church Preschool Worker (birth-2 years)
Hours: approximately 8 hours per week with the potential for additional hours
Shifts: Sunday - morning service(s) / Wednesday - evening service; other days/evenings depending on church events.

Job Summary:
Do you have a heart for babies and toddlers? Younger Preschool ministry takes heart and passion. It is about more than just babysitting. It’s about sharing the love of God with precious children while they are in your care. We are looking for someone who will provide dependable, safe, and nurturing care to the children of our Church.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for providing age-appropriate care which includes:
- Feeding, changing diapers, escorting to the bathroom, maintaining a safe environment, putting children down for naps, holding, or sitting with and cheerfully interacting with children through games, stories, play and prayer.
- Be polite, friendly, and courteous to all children, parents, and volunteers.
- Stay until the children are secured with a responsible adult named on the child’s registration form.
- Straighten the room and clean all toys/beds, tables, etc. which were used.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in caring for children between the ages of 0 to 5 with the ability to adapt and interact with a variety of personalities.
- At least 21 years of age
- Satisfactory completion of background check and drug screening
