We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Commercial Parts Specialist to join our team in Lynwood, IL.
Position : Commercial Parts Specialist
Type : Full-Time
Location : Lynwood, IL
Work Hours :
Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM CST
30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities :
- Parts Management : Handle inventory and procurement of commercial truck and trailer parts. Ensure that parts are readily available to meet repair and maintenance needs.
- Customer Service : Assist customers with parts inquiries, provide recommendations, and process orders efficiently.
- Outdoor Maintenance : Perform grass cutting and general upkeep of outdoor areas and buildings (Note : This does not include janitorial tasks).
- Company Vehicle Use : Utilize a company vehicle during work hours for various tasks, including parts delivery and pick-ups.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and transactions.
Requirements :
- Experience : Previous experience in parts management or a similar role in the automotive or truck repair industry is preferred.
- Skills : Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.
- License : Valid Driver’s License required (must be able to drive company vehicle).
- Physical Requirements : Ability to perform outdoor maintenance tasks and lift heavy parts as needed.
- Work Ethic : Reliable, very responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
