Account Executive - This Is Where You Come In

We're looking for an Account Executive who will engage new B2B customers in Portland and the surrounding Oregon market. This role focuses on selling Service Agreements for commercial buildings, representing the expertise and value of our technicians' exceptional Commercial HVAC Maintenance Services.

• Partnership - Foster internal integration and supportive working relationships.
• Customer Base - Protect, maintain, and grow the customer base.
• Marketing & Sales - Promote and sell the company's capabilities and the benefits of being a full-service mechanical contractor.

The Account Executive reports to Paul Noel, Maintenance Sales Manager. You'll identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC service maintenance contracts by assessing customers' current operational costs and preparing customized sales proposals that demonstrate how our services can reduce those costs. You'll also manage contract renewals and changes, build strong customer partnerships to anticipate their needs, and promote other MacDonald-Miller services that align with their goals.

• Prior experience selling services, such as maintenance work, rather than products (preferred).

Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 annually, plus commissions and vehicle compensation.

Where You Will Work

• In this role, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely when not needed on-site, or alongside our teams at one of our Portland-area offices.
• Our East Portland Office is located at 12911 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR 97230, and our West Portland Office is located at 14275 NW Science Park Dr., Portland, OR 97229. Both offices offer ample secured parking and convenient access to major highways and local amenities, providing a comfortable and collaborative environment to work and connect with your team.
