Requirements

Accounting Intern: This is where you come in!

Top deliverables to be a hero:

• Learn as much as you can about accounting in the construction and mechanical contracting industry!
• Help your team! That could mean assisting with accounts payable and receivable, reconciling project costs, helping with month-end close, and supporting financial reporting for active jobs
• Have a great time and learn if you'd like to consider a career at MMFS in the future, or if accounting/finance within a construction environment is for you!
  
  

The Interns report to one of our Senior Accountants on a collaborative team working on various projects and initiatives to support our growing business.

Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have...

• An interest in accounting, finance, or business operations within a technical or construction environment
• A natural love of problem-solving, numbers, and learning how business decisions connect to financial outcomes
• An in-progress or completed bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Benefits

Compensation: You will be paid $24/hr for the duration of your internship.

Our Seattle HQ office (17930 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98188) has easy access to the SeaTac International Airport, ample secured parking, and newly renovated office facilities - not to mention great views!
