They are seeking a Senior Director of Asset Management to play a key role in optimizing the performance of a multifamily portfolio across multiple markets.
The Role
This is a highly operational asset management role focused on driving NOI, enhancing property performance, and helping evolve a more institutional, performance-driven asset management platform. The firm is looking for a hands-on leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution.
The portfolio includes a mix of stabilized and lease-up multifamily assets, creating an opportunity for someone who enjoys both operational oversight and value creation
Key Responsibilities
- Drive property and portfolio performance across a multifamily portfolio
- Develop and execute asset-level business plans focused on NOI growth and value enhancement
- Partner closely with third-party property management companies, holding them accountable for operational execution and financial performance
- Analyze property performance, identify opportunities for revenue growth and expense optimization, and implement actionable strategies
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts across assigned assets
- Collaborate with internal investment, development, and operations teams to maximize asset performance
- Oversee operational initiatives including procurement, expense management, capital planning, and operational efficiencies
- Provide regular reporting and portfolio insights to senior leadership, helping drive strategic decision-making
- Help continue the evolution of a more sophisticated and institutional asset management platform
