MacDonald Broadcasting is seeking a self-motivated, curious, and goal-driven Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. We operate five locally owned radio stations, combining the power of broadcast with innovative digital solutions to help businesses connect with their customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with local business owners and decision-makers
- Develop customized, strategic marketing campaigns across radio and digital platforms
- Prospect daily to generate new leads and grow your account base
- Present, close, and maintain strong client relationships
- Help businesses thrive by understanding their goals and delivering creative, results-driven solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- Energetic, outgoing, and collaborative team player
- Comfortable initiating conversations with top-level decision-makers
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and solution selling (not just pushing products)
- Experience developing compelling proposals and achieving monthly sales goals
- Proficient in prospecting, client discovery, campaign creation, and closing
- Knowledge of the local market and a passion for learning about different industries
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
