Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Barista training is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to operate coffee machines and other equipment. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry items (e.g., coffee bean bags, milk cartons).
- Fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Requires flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, holidays or based on operational needs.
