MacArthur Park Charter School is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Educational Specialist to join our founding team for the 2026–2027 school year. The Educational Specialist will provide specialized instruction, case management, and individualized support for students with disabilities while working collaboratively with teachers, families, and service providers to ensure all students have access to a high-quality educational experience. As a founding staff member, the Educational Specialist will play a key role in helping build an inclusive school culture that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of every student. The ideal candidate is committed to equity, inclusion, collaboration, and innovative instructional practices that help students reach their full potential. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the special education program and contribute to the development of a dynamic, project-based STEAM learning environment from the ground up.
