MacArthur, Heder & Metler is a well established law firm located in Provo, Utah. We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
The position is part-time with a set schedule of 8:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls through our multi-line VOIP phone system.
- Assisting employees with faxes and copies.
- Run payments.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Other simple administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Be punctual and dependable.
- Display a professional appearance.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
