What are the responsibilities and job description for the SALES SPECIALIST & ADMIN position at Macarius USA LLC?
Sales Specialists are product experts are problem solvers. They build relationships with customers and their families by asking questions and directing them to the solution that works best for them.
· Sensitivity to working with “patients”, families and the community
· Provide friendly and professional customer service.
· Serve as the expert for products sold by My Mobility Medics.
· Act as a point of contact for repairs and installs
· Follow-up with clients as needed on orders and projects
· Help produce quotes and emails to communicate with clients
· Ability to ask questions and determine needs of the client and find equipment to best fit their needs.
· Interact with customers in the showroom, on the phone, and in their homes.
· Answer phone calls and return phone calls to customers as needed.
· Ability to meet with clients when requested
· Manage retail showroom and coordinate all tasks associated with keeping inventory current.
· Maintain documentation and report on progress of customer interactions, quotes, sales, etc.
· Participate in meetings as required
· Collaborate with My Mobility Medics owners and team to meet objectives and budget
· Ensure work environment/space is clean and safe for use of equipment demonstrations and reset space when complete.
· Filing of paperwork
· Adhere to attendance policies
· Pick up and remove equipment from customers’ residences if required for rentals.
· Comply with all federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances that apply to you and My Mobility Medics
· Perform all other duties as assigned.
Salary : $12 - $15
