Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and possess knowledge of various HR tools and systems.
Job Description:
- Delivers quality service to the agency's clients who are utilizing the HireRight system for background checks/screening.
- They interact via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
- Follows up on outstanding items to ensure completion in compliance with established Service Level Agreements
- Develops and maintains an intermediate working knowledge of one or more of the agency's products, as well as industry policies and procedures.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and works with leaders to implement.
- Demonstrates intermediate skill level with systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
- Documents all interactions.
- Serves as a mentor for less experienced teammates.
- Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
Job Qualifications
- 2 years or more of customer service experience
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
