Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual machines (Bridgeport mills, lathes, grinders, etc.)
- Verify tool lengths, set geometries and offsets, and adjust fixtures.
- Produce precision parts to drawing and quality specs, maintaining tight tolerances (up to 28" ).
- Use manual gauges (calipers, micrometers, swing gauges) accurately.
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Support "Zero Defects" and continuous improvement culture.
- Report issues, perform TPM, and assist with Root Cause/Corrective Action
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $ $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
Salary : $56,000 - $96,000
