Position Overview
Mac's Cycle is looking for a reliable and organized Parts & Service Support Specialist to assist both our Parts and Service departments. This position plays an important role in keeping our dealership running smoothly by helping write service tickets, receiving freight, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
- Assist with writing service repair orders and scheduling service work
- Check in and receive incoming freight and verify shipments
- Organize and stage parts for service technicians
- Assist customers at the parts counter as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Help keep the parts and service areas organized and efficient
- Communicate with technicians and customers regarding parts and service needs
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and move packages (up to ~50 lbs)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Mechanical or powersports knowledge is a plus but not required
