You'll be on the front lines of our client experience — building trusted relationships, identifying the right coverage solutions, and making a real difference in the lives of individuals and families throughout our community.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Assess client needs and recommend the right coverage options
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ongoing policy support
• Educate clients on insurance products, coverage details, and benefits
• Maintain accurate client records per company procedures
• Collaborate with teammates to support agency-wide goals
• Stay current on products, industry trends, and licensing requirements

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Active Mississippi Property & Casualty License (required)
• Prior insurance or sales experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first mindset
• Goal-oriented with a genuine drive to exceed targets
• Self-motivated and effective both independently and as part of a team
