We’re on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join the Mac's Team. In this role, you’ll be turning fresh ingredients into delicious dishes that delight our guests. Mac's is an Ann Arbor Area destination, providing outstanding food and service for over twenty-nine years! Located just 15 minutes from Ann Arbor in the heart of Historic Saline. Fresh Fish, Steaks, Pasta and Seafood with a Cajun Fare... Burgers, Sandwiches and Gumbo with Private Dining Room, Expanded patio in the Summer, and Curbside Pickup.

- Hours for Food Service: Monday - Thursday 11:30am - 9pm, Friday 11:30am till 10 pm, Saturday 11:00 - 10pm Closed Sundays

Qualifications
- Must have experience in fast paced kitchen working multiple stations.
- Must be available Friday and Saturdays
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new culinary skills and techniques.
