We are seeking an experienced Lead Control Panel Wireman to manage our wiring team and oversee control panel assembly operations.Position OverviewThis leadership role involves managing the Control Panel Wireman team, ensuring quality and efficiency in the assembly and wiring of electrical control panels. The Lead Wireman will coordinate workflow, monitor inventory, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead the Control Panel Wireman team.Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of projects.Assemble and wire electrical control panels from schematics and bills of material.Troubleshoot electrical circuits and control systems.Monitor materials and wire inventory.Maintain cleanliness and safety in all work areas.RequirementsProven experience in electrical control panel assembly and wiring.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control panel drawings.Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical circuits and control systems.Knowledge of 3-phase motor wiring, 120/480 VAC, and 24 VDC power.Understanding of OSHA electrical safety procedures.Leadership and team management experience.Valid driver’s license and basic hand tools required.Preferred: UL508A wiring knowledge; PLC/HMI familiarity helpful.BenefitsMedical, Vision, Prescription CoverageRetirement PlanPaid Vacation, Sick Days, HolidaysDisability CoverageWork Location: In personCompany DescriptionFrom humble beginnings more than 50 years ago, MAC has evolved into a field leader and highly recognized producer of high quality equipment and products for the transmission, distribution and control of electrical power.Our fully integrated 4.5 acre complex is located in the industrial section of South Kearny, New Jersey.
