CNC Machinist / CNC Machine Operator

Full‑Time | Onsite (5 days/week)

What You’ll Do
- Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes (HAAS, Omni‑Turn)
- Create and modify CNC programs using CAM software (Fusion 360 preferred)
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings
- Select tooling, fixtures, and workholding
- Machine precision parts to tight tolerances (±0.002" or better)
- Perform in‑process and final inspections using precision measuring tools
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Support ISO 9001 quality requirements
- Assist with material handling, shipping/receiving, and general shop duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of CNC machining experience preferred
- CNC mill & lathe setup, operation, and programming experience
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
- CAM experience (Fusion 360 or similar)
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Welding, fabrication, press brake, or sheet metal experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Safely operate machinery and material handling equipment
