A Center Supervisor with MAC Midwest is responsible for the overall daily operations of their assigned center. This leadership role, reporting to the Regional Operations Director, ensures the highest standards of client care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while fostering a positive, safe, team-oriented, fun, and collaborative work environment. Success in this role includes ongoing and effective collaboration with all MAC Teams to optimize service delivery and uphold our mission, vision, and values.
Salary Range: $43,000-$54,000

Founded in 1996 by parents who sought the very best treatment available to deliver opportunities to children and adolescents living with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Minnesota Autism Center (MAC) provides therapeutic services for children ages 18 months to 21 years who have ASD.
MAC's services are center-based and in-home, and include speech and occupational therapy, assessment and diagnosis services, and individual and family therapy. At any given time, MAC serves approximately 370-400 clients throughout Minnesota at 22 centers located in Eagan, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Fridley, Vadnais Heights, Minnetonka, Woodbury, Duluth, Superior, Virginia, Mankato, Rochester, Red Wing, New Ulm, Hutchinson and Cambridge.

Areas Of Responsibility
- Direct cooperation and compliance with the use of all MAC Midwest approved systems, policies, processes, and procedures
- Billing Expectations: 40%-50% of your time
- Ensuring a positive healthy work culture for staff you directly supervise
- Maintaining a dedicated focus on staff retention and staff development by consistent direct engagement with your team
- Gathering, monitoring, analyzing, and achieving center performance metrics (ensuring fiscal responsibility)
- Managing interactions involving staff, clients, and parents to ensure consistent positive outcomes
- Actively participating in/facilitating meetings as requested or needed
- Ensuring professionalism in all aspects of the job
- Actively participating in all aspects of organizational leadership and continued professional development
- Maintaining or exceeding expected billing targets
- Ensuring timely and accurate schedule updates reflect clinical and fiscal needs
- Ensuring center personnel needs are met
