About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Landscaper to join our team on a temporary full-time basis through the Autumn season. For the right candidate, this role may lead to a permanent position after Winter. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving outdoor spaces, ensuring that properties are safe, attractive, and well-kept.
Responsibilities:
Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, raking, and seasonal clean-ups.
Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Assist with yard maintenance, debris removal, and other groundskeeping tasks as assigned.
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.
Requirements
Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and dependability.
Schedule
Full-time, Days, Monday–Saturday.
Hours per day depend on tasks required that day. Dependent on weather as well. Additional pay for those who are willing to do extra work or stay longer!
Temporary until ~December, with the potential for permanent employment after the winter season.
Compensation
$150–$200 per day depending on experience.
