Business Development Center (BDC) Representative
I-10 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is building a new Business Development Center, and we’re looking for motivated, outgoing people who are great communicators and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
This is an opportunity to join the department from the beginning and help us build a BDC focused on great customer communication, strong appointment performance and a fun, competitive culture.
What You’ll Do
As a BDC Representative, you’ll communicate with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle or learning more about our inventory.
Your responsibilities will include:
Automotive BDC experience is a plus, but it is not required.
We’re looking for people who are:
Compensation
We expect compensation to be competitive, with strong performers earning approximately $55,000-$70,000 annually through a combination of hourly pay and performance-based compensation.
Your earning potential will be directly influenced by your performance.

- Responding to internet leads, phone calls, texts and customer inquiries
- Making outbound calls and following up with prospective customers
- Building rapport and creating great conversations with customers
- Scheduling dealership appointments
- Confirming appointments and following up with customers
- Maintaining accurate customer information and activity in our CRM
- Working closely with our sales team to create a smooth handoff when customers arrive
- Consistently following our customer communication and follow-up processes
Automotive BDC experience is a plus, but it is not required.
