Overview
Mac Dental is looking to hire a full-time registered dental assistant to add to our all – star team! Our ideal candidate will add to the positive work culture that our whole team is dedicated to upholding and provide exceptional care for our patients and our community.

This full-time dental assistant position is Monday – Thursday. Clinical hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the established work culture, care for patients by making them feel comfortable and heard, and be a genuinely good person
- Assist on a variety of procedures that include but are not limited to fillings, crowns, root canals, implants, clear aligner therapy, etc.
- Create and present treatment plans to patients
- Assist to the team effort of maintaining sterilization & office organization
- Ability to laugh at jokes even if they aren’t that funny whether told by patients or our Doctors
Education and skills required:
- Restorative I Expanded Functions
- 1 years of chairside experience
- BLS certification
- Customer service experience
- Ability to pull off an occasional prank
- Computer skills that are better than the average 75-year-old
- Desire to fine tune chair side and people skills
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Eaglesoft experience
- Restorative II Expanded Functions
- A 10/10 crock pot recipe to share with the rest of the office
- Treatment planning experience / understanding of PPO insurances
- A backyard garden that over produces so you bring the extras to work (Bonus points if you grow any sort of berry)
