Experienced Esthetician | Luxury Day Spa

MAC Day Spa & Hair Studio is seeking an experienced, polished, and client-focused Esthetician to join our team of dedicated beauty and wellness professionals.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, confident in retail recommendations, and skilled at building long-term client relationships through trust, education, and consistent results. Our estheticians play an essential role in delivering the elevated guest experience that has made MAC Day Spa & Hair Studio one of West Cobb’s premier spa destinations.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is experienced, professional, sales-minded, and committed to providing exceptional skincare services with consistency, care, and attention to detail.

This role is best suited for an esthetician who listens carefully to each client’s skincare concerns, builds confidence through education, and can confidently recommend results-driven treatments along with appropriate take-home care products.

We are looking for someone who is highly experienced in hands-on European-style facials, well-experienced in dermaplaning, and motivated to challenge themselves daily in both service excellence and retail performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality esthetic services in a professional luxury spa environment
• Perform customized skincare treatments based on each client’s skin type, concerns, goals, and treatment history
• Build trust and confidence with clients through strong communication, thoughtful recommendations, and consistent follow-up care
• Listen carefully to each client’s skincare concerns and provide knowledgeable, results-driven guidance
• Recommend professional treatment plans designed to support visible, lasting skincare improvements
• Confidently prescribe appropriate homecare products and skincare routines to support each client’s treatment goals
• Perform hands-on European-style facials with skill, consistency, and attention to the full guest experience
• Perform dermaplaning services safely, confidently, and professionally
• Support retail sales, service upgrades, rebooking, and monthly performance goals
• Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently educate clients on the value of professional skincare
• Build strong, lasting client relationships through education, trust, professionalism, and personalized care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment room
• Deliver a polished, luxury guest experience from consultation through checkout
• Stay knowledgeable about spa services, skincare products, treatment protocols, promotions, and professional skincare trends
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education
• Collaborate with team members and medical professionals when appropriate on results-driven protocols
• Follow all sanitation, safety, licensing, and company standards
• Arrive on time, professionally presented, and ready to serve each scheduled guest

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Esthetician license required
• Minimum 5 years of esthetic experience required
• Strong hands-on experience performing European-style facials required
• Dermaplaning certification and hands-on dermaplaning experience required
• Strong knowledge of professional skincare treatments and retail products
• Ability to listen to client concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare products
• Confidence in creating customized skincare plans and results-driven treatment recommendations
• Proven ability to meet service and retail sales goals
• Enjoys challenging themselves to meet and exceed daily and monthly retail goals
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to participate in monthly team meetings and trainings
• PCA Skin certification is a plus

Job Details

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule: 8-hour shifts; Saturday availability required

Pay: Commission pay plus gratuity
