What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bowling Counter Attendant position at Mac Daddys LLC?
The Bowling CSR is responsible for the smooth operation of the Equipment Counter and bowling lanes, ensuring Guests receive the proper bowling shoes, socks, and lanes while providing exceptional guest service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Greet Guests, in person and on the phones, and respond to all inquiries or requests promptly, taking ownership of their issues and helping find solutions for them.
- Determine the appropriate equipment for guests; assign shoes & other equipment (clean/spray shoes upon return); and get all the relevant info (shoe sizes, bowler names, ball preferences) needed to provide a seamless guest experience
- Direct customers to their lanes, add their names to the scoring monitors, offer them food & drink menus, and help carry equipment (shoes, bowling balls, bowling ramps) as needed.
- Clean returned shoes, replace bowling balls on the racks
- Quickly and efficiently clean and prepare lane for next Guest.
- Must be able to be on your feet at least 8 hours a day
- Must have experience in POS system to assist customers with payments
- Must be available weekend, evenings, and holidays
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 17 years old or older
