Responsibilities
- Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs efficiently and accurately.
- Perform tire service including rotations, replacements, and repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Assist with wheel alignments and basic brake inspections to maintain safety standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform maintenance tasks with precision.
- Diagnose minor mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics tools and report findings for further repair if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of used parts and fluids in accordance with safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate.
Experience
- Prior dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Hands-on mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, tire service, alignments, and basic repairs.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment effectively.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for vehicle maintenance.
- Service technician experience is a plus, along with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in automotive service.
