Mac 5 Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Electrical Installation Administrator to support our electrical installation team. This position plays a key role in coordinating installation jobs, communicating with customers, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate electrical installation jobs with customers and installation crews
- Communicate job details, timelines, and updates to customers and internal teams
- Prepare, process, and track installation paperwork and work orders
- Order and track materials and equipment for electrical installations as needed
- Support electricians with job information, documentation, and change requests
- Assist with invoicing, job costing, and closing out completed installation jobs
- Answer incoming calls and emails related to electrical installations and warranties
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience in electrical, HVAC, or home services preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers, office software, and scheduling systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced o ice environment
- Professional phone and email etiquette
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
