Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for service.
- Support the culinary team in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Handle food handling duties in compliance with safety regulations to ensure proper sanitation.
- Busing tables and clearing plates during service to facilitate smooth operations.
- Aid in catering and banquet setups by preparing necessary food items and ensuring timely delivery.
- Follow all food service protocols, including proper storage, labeling, and waste disposal.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key.
- Experience in food preparation, cleaning, or kitchen support roles is highly valued.
