We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented and self-motivated Retail Sales Coordinator to assist in supporting the daily operations of our women’s boutique. This role blends sales support, client relations, and operational coordination while helping maintain a refined and welcoming environment that reflects the image of the brand. The ideal candidate is organized, highly detailed, service-driven, fashion-conscious and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a retail setting.
This is a client-facing, high-autonomy role requiring strong judgement, polished presentation and a refined understanding of an elevated client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service by creating a warm, personalized, and elevated shopping experience
- Deliver exceptional client service through personalized styling support taking time to understand each client's needs, preferences and lifestyle to create curated, elevated wardrobe solutions
- Assist clients on the sales floor with styling guidance, outfit building and product recommendations that reflect the boutique aesthetic
- Coordinate incoming merchandise, stock organization and inventory replenishment
- Process sales transactions and client purchases with precision and professionalism
- Ensure the boutique remains organized, polished and aligned with brand image at all times
- Take initiative in identifying operational needs and resolving issues independently
- Manage priorities effectively and perform daily responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Collaborate closely with leadership to support sales goals and overall client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
- 1-2 years minimum in women's apparel/accessories required
- Previous experience in high-end retail highly preferred
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor required
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with styling and high-touch client experiences
- Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Technical aptitude, proficiency in Microsoft office and POS systems

Schedule
28-30 hours per week - weekdays, weekends and some holidays required
