Marketing Analyst

Mabbly
Ponte Vedra, FL Contractor
POSTED ON 8/21/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 10/19/2026

Ponte Vedra, FL. In person, 4 days a week. $60K bonus. 1099 to W2.

You majored in marketing.

You graduated into a world where Claude writes the brief, ships the landing page, and runs the campaign.

Most of your classmates are pretending that's not happening.

We're hiring the one who isn't.

What this actually is

The title says Marketing Analyst. The function is GTM Engineer, but that title doesn't exist in search yet, so you wouldn't have found us.

You'll sit 4 feet from me in my home office in Ponte Vedra. You'll learn Claude, Cowork, and AI workflows at a depth no MBA teaches and no agency will give you. You'll ship things every day.

Starting week one.

What you'll actually do

  • Build Claude skills and AI automations for our team, our clients, and our platform. If you've never built one, you'll ship your first by Friday.
  • Work on the book. It's called GTM for Professional Services. We're writing it now. You'll help with research, interviews, drafts, and the infrastructure that keeps it moving.
  • Help my co host run the podcast (same name as the book). Show notes, guest prep, distribution, AI workflows to make it easier to produce.
  • Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and emails for two founders who move real audiences.
  • Build and ship on Mabbly.ai, our platform that wakes up dormant business relationships. You'll learn the product from the inside.
  • Run small client engagements end to end. Writing, automation, reporting, outcome. You own it.
  • Build MAP microsites (our signature 24 hour post call deliverable).
  • Special projects that don't belong in a job description until you're in the chair.

The teaching loop

Half of this job is learning the latest and making the rest of us faster.

Every week something new ships. Claude releases. New MCP servers. Agent frameworks. Prompt patterns. You read, you build, you figure out what matters. Then you teach me, so I stay sharp. Then you teach the team, so they get faster.

Every Friday you ship a 5 min Loom to the team: what's new, what's worth trying, what's noise.

Every week you rebuild one team member's workflow with AI. By month 3 the whole team is running 30% faster because of you.

You become indispensable to everyone. Not by doing their jobs. By making them better at theirs.

Who this is for

  • 22 to 25. Graduated within the last 18 months.
  • Marketing, comms, business, liberal arts with a marketing brain.
  • Already obsessed with AI tools. Not "willing to learn." Already learning.
  • Writes well. Short sentences, no fluff.
  • Wants reps, not a title. Trades LinkedIn prestige for 24 months of compounding.
  • Wants to teach what they learn. Loves the reaction when someone sees a workflow go from 2 hours to 2 minutes.
  • OK with in person, 4 days a week, in a founder's home office or a coffee shop (for now). Our office is in Chicago. Occasional trips.

Who this is not for

  • Anyone whose answer to "what AI tools do you use" is "ChatGPT sometimes."
  • Anyone looking for work life balance on day one.
  • Anyone who wants to run HubSpot campaigns.
  • Anyone who needs remote.

Let's be honest about the pace

This is not a 9 to 5.

AI ships new every week. We learn on weekends. We build in the evenings. The people who win the next decade aren't the ones clocking out at 5.

If that sounds like work, this is the wrong seat. If that sounds like the opportunity of your career, keep reading.

What you get

  • $60K base
  • $10K AI skills bonus at month 6 if you've shipped real workflows
  • 1099 for 90 days
  • Direct mentorship from a founder
  • A real seat in 18 months if you earn it
  • The rarest thing a 22-year-old can buy: proximity to people who have done it

How to apply

No resume yet.

Send me a Loom (3 min max) showing one thing you've built with AI. An automation. A Claude skill.

A side project. Doesn't matter if it's polished. Show me you already think this way.

No Loom, no interview.
