Rate: $22.00 hourly

Your Role:
As a Program Specialist, you will implement instructional activities and provide essential support to our participants, helping them maximize personal growth and community involvement. Your role will be crucial in advocating for self-determination and fostering independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services and support self-advocacy efforts.
- Prepare and accompany individuals to work experiences and community meetings.
- Use various curricula and assistive technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Support participants in daily activities, ensuring their health, safety, and personal preferences are prioritized.
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to transport individuals using program vehicles and wheelchair vans.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to person-centered practices.
