We’re looking for an experienced Physical Therapy Program Manager to provide leadership, training, and clinical oversight to our PT team while also maintaining a caseload and supporting program-wide quality and compliance.

What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop Our PT Team
Supervise Physical Therapists, PT Assistants, support staff, and interns.
Participate in screening and hiring new therapists.
Develop onboarding and training pathways for new Allied Health staff.
Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and professional development.
Review evaluations, treatment plans, documentation, and billing for accuracy, compliance, and quality.
Provide timely, actionable feedback and support corrective action plans when needed.
Ensure Quality & Compliance
Monitor community-, home-, and clinic-based work to ensure best practice.
Ensure compliance with MassHealth, Medicare, HCBS Waiver programs, and licensing requirements.
Assist with program development and process improvements across Allied Health.
Stay up to date on relevant legislation and communicate changes to the team.
Maintain accurate supervisory documentation and case compliance.
Contribute Clinically
Carry a caseload of participants.
Complete evaluations, recertifications, quarterly notes, treatment plans, and documentation.
Support staff via phone/email consultations on case studies, treatment recommendations, and compliance questions.
Support Operations & Collaboration
Lead staff meetings at the Training & Rehabilitation Center in Westborough.
Work closely with the Director of Allied Health and ADS Supervisor on program operations, development, and performance review.
Attend local and national conferences and represent ADS as a center of clinical excellence.

What You Bring
Active Allied Health Professional License required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Supervisory experience recommended.
Experience with Medicare/MassHealth regulations and clinical compliance review.
Strong understanding of best practices in Physical Therapy; brain injury rehabilitation experience preferred.
Ability to complete evaluations, assessments, and letters of medical necessity for durable medical equipment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong judgment, problem-solving ability, and crisis response skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with clients, staff, service coordinators, vendors, and partners.
Salary : $77,126
