The Position:
First impressions matter at The Greystone, and because of you, our guests are comfortable from the moment they walk in the door. As our Houseman, you take pride in taking care of our guests and our property. Warm and welcoming, you are guest-oriented but also like being outside: whether it's Valet our staff members, helping with landscaping projects like mowing and weeding, or assisting with general room maintenance, you are our resident jack of all trades!

- Responsible for trash and waste upkeep for areas in and around our property
- General cleaning tasks like dusting and cobweb removal
- Special projects like polishing tile and wood
- Driving staff to and from work
- Valid drivers license
- You like to stay busy, working both independently and in a team environment
- Be able to take direction well
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Ability to navigate steps/stairs on a regular basis
- Carrying and lifting items up to 40 pounds.
