Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and be capable of following written job orders. This role involves fabricating and assembling metal components and maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Duties

• Interpret and work from job orders to fabricate metal parts.
• Operate various hand tools and MIG wire welding equipment.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on welding equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• First Shift 6 AM to 2:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in welding.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools effectively
• Experience with fabrication is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Ability to adhere to industry codes and standards throughout the production process.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
