Role Overview
As Machine Operator, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process by operating specialized glass machinery and ensuring the quality and efficiency of production. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate glass cutting, polishing, and tempering machines according to safety and quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Assist with material handling and workstation organization
- Record production data and report issues to the supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
- Ability to read technical instructions and use measuring tools accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physically able to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
- Basic computer skills are a plus
Working Conditions

Key Internal Interfaces
- Works closely with the Plant Manager and fellow production team members
