What You'll Do

• Represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face customer interactions.
• Assist with the execution of retail sales and marketing campaigns.
• Engage with customers to introduce products, services, and promotional offers.
• Build positive customer relationships while supporting brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Participate in promotional events and in-store marketing activities.
• Learn effective sales techniques, customer communication strategies, and campaign management.
• Work closely with team leaders to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Track customer engagement and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, marketing, business operations, and leadership development.
• As experience develops, assist with training new team members and coordinating campaign activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily marketing and sales operations within established retail environments.
