Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate vehicle damage resulting from collisions and other incidents.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software.
- Communicate with repair facilities, vehicle owners, and insurance representatives.
- Review repair procedures and identify required parts and labor operations.
- Document vehicle damage with detailed notes and photographs.
- Assist with supplemental estimates and repair reviews.
- Maintain professional customer service throughout the claims process.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
