Packager/Assembler

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packager/Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge, experience with hand tools, and familiarity with warehouse or manufacturing environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production process within a regulated setting.

Duties

• Assemble products using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Operate packaging equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Follow detailed work instructions and specifications to meet production goals.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with industry regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse activities as needed, including the operation of forklifts when certified.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by adhering to manufacturing best practices.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or assembly roles preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge and experience working with hand tools required.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is advantageous.
• Warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding inventory control and logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.75 - $24.99 per hour
