Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Worker to join our restoration team. In this role, you'll use your construction skills on a wide range of tasks, from demolition to the final rebuild. You will collaborate closely with other skilled professionals on site and directly assist homeowners in restoring their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restoration Tasks: Complete general construction activities, including demolition, framing, finish work, and preparation of job sites.
• Site Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment to ensure efficient project flow.
• Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize materials to keep the project on schedule.
• Tool Operation: Utilize various hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Collaboration: Work alongside team members and site supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly follow safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, to ensure a safe job site for all employees

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in construction or restoration is preferred.
• Professional Appearance: As you'll interact with clients on a regular basis, a professional demeanor and appearance are important.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Team-Oriented: Capable of working independently but also thrives in a team environment.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
