We are a fast-growing, family-owned popcorn shop looking for an experienced, motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations, manage our team, and help grow the business. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in running a clean, profitable, customer-focused operation.
Position Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shop’s operations, including staff leadership, customer experience, inventory, production, and sales performance. You will be trusted to run the store efficiently while upholding our brand standards and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
- Hire, train, schedule, and lead staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues professionally
- Oversee production, quality control, and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and waste control
- Track sales, labor, and expenses to meet performance goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Implement promotions and assist with marketing initiatives
- Communicate regularly with ownership regarding performance and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- 2 years of management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage staff and hold team members accountable
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working on your feet and being hands-on when needed
- Food safety knowledge preferred (ServSafe a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
