In the Senior Project Architect role, you will perform architectural design and development work for a variety of project types, leading the development of all technical aspects and content of projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and contributing to project design documentation for a variety of projects ranging in scale and complexity
• Ensure that all technical design deliverables meet project requirements including schedule, budget, and scope as outlined in the contract
• Proactively identifies, communicates, mitigates, and resolves project-related issues
• Conducts construction administration activities
• Responsible for interdisciplinary coordination with consultants' drawings
• Perform QA/QC drawing reviews per MA's processes and standards
• Support organizational efforts to retain new clients and/or projects through business development research, strategic communications and strategic
• planning
• Mentors junior staff
• Performs project management duties on certain projects as required

Qualifications:

• High level of proficiency in Revit
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Thorough knowledge of construction materials and methods including sustainable solutions.
• Understanding of appropriate industry technologies and software
• Understanding of architectural contracts and internal project budgets; adheres to project budgets
• High level of proficiency in building code as applicable to each project
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills; effective consultant relationship skills and ability to work with a diverse project team
• Thorough understanding of and performance of MA's internal QA/QC process
