We’re looking for a Junior AIO & SEO Specialist who geeks out over keywords, loves shaping content to perform, and enjoys the changing world of AI search. You’ll work on a variety of client projects, collaborate with designers and developers, and help shape strategies and create content that boost visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms.

• Dig into keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits
• Build and execute smart SEO AIO strategies for client campaigns
• Optimize on-page content, blogs, and site structure
• Run technical SEO audits and partner with our design/dev team to implement improvements
• Use structured data to help content shine in SERPs and AI-generated results
• Track performance through Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tools
• Create and refine content that ranks, engages, and earns AI visibility and mentions
• Support digital PR efforts with bloggers, publishers, and online communities
• Present insights, wins, and recommendations to clients
• Stay ahead of SEO and AI trends, and share what you learn with the team

• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing or SEO agency
• Hands-on experience with SEO strategy, tracking, and execution
• Strong copywriting skills with experience creating SEO-optimized content
• Familiarity with AI-driven search, citations, and AIO optimization
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
• Familiarity with digital PR, outreach, or online community engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Customer service experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Organized, proactive, and motivated
