You'll own the full recruitment cycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and help us build the team that builds the future.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels—job boards, social media, networking events—to attract top-tier Tech professionals.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Business partnering: Work closely with hiring managers to refine job requirements and develop targeted hiring strategies.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Metrics and compliance: Ensure you are hitting your metrics, adhere with legal standards and best practices to continually improve processes and uphold integrity.
Training and development: Help build training for Hiring managers and other Recruiters
Continuous improvement: Strive to keep improving our processes and find smarter, more effective ways of working.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 6 years in recruitment and at least 3 years in Tech - you’ll have built up a solid understanding of technical roles and how to source for hard-to-fill positions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages are a bonus.
Multitasking Ability: Proven capability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. Whilst effectively following processes and track metrics.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
