We’re expanding fast and looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s ready to make an immediate impact. This is a hands-on role supporting digital marketing, live events, and brand promotion in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with leadership to plan, execute, and track marketing initiatives that drive awareness and growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Management: Coordinate marketing campaigns across CRM, email, and digital platforms.
- Data & CRM Management: Maintain and clean contact lists to ensure CRM accuracy and segmentation.
- Sales Support: Prepare and ship “Shock-and-Awe” packages, brochures, and sales enablement materials.
- Event Marketing:
- Coordinate and attend trade shows, chamber events, and golf tournaments.
- Handle logistics, booth setup, branded materials, and on-site engagement.
- Represent M3 Networks professionally while connecting with prospects and partners.
- Content & Social Media: Post and schedule content across social channels and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Vendor Management: Work with designers, printers, and digital partners to deliver on time and on brand.
- Reporting: Track KPIs, campaign results, and produce performance reports to support data-driven decisions.
You’ll Succeed Here If You:
- Have 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, technology, or service-based industries.
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy seeing campaigns through from concept to completion.
- Thrive in a no-drama, performance-driven team that values initiative and accountability.
- Can switch easily between creative work (design ideas, messaging) and operational tasks (data entry, coordination).
- Enjoy travel and representing a growing company with professionalism and energy.
