We’re seeking mechanics who will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of marine gasoline engines, transmissions, drive train and related electrical equipment.
Previous mechanical experience on boats is a plus, but not required. If you’ve worked in the automotive or industrial industry as a mechanic, we’ll provide you with any additional training you need for the marine environment. Our team is fun, supportive, and full of new and exciting challenges.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform all seasonal preventative maintenance (i.e. oil changes, replace belts and hoses, winterize engines, etc.).
- Evaluate and repair faulty mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot 12/24 Volt DC systems.
- Maintain updated knowledge of product and industry trends and methods.
- Maintain accurate records, both paper and electronic, related to billing, work orders and hours worked.
- Maintain awareness of and continually practice safe work habits.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness on projects both during and after job completion.
- Work overtime when needed.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00 with an occasional Saturday. We offer one week of accrued paid vacation. Bonus opportunities.

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
