Role Overview
This is a non-sales, high-impact analyst role supporting M3’s leadership team, including Tyler Rogers, Director of Private Equity Services, and Michael Green, CFP®, Director of Financial Planning & Investment Strategy. You will work directly with leadership on real client projects involving private equity portfolios, financial modeling, estate design, investment analytics, and family office operations.
Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day operations across reporting, performance tracking, cash flow, and data aggregation.
• Assist in preparing carried interest forecasts, liquidity projections, and estate planning deliverables.
• Collaborate on investment and planning strategies, client communications, and dashboard enhancements.
• Conduct research on financial markets, tax issues, estate planning structures, and private equity trends.
• Participate in internal strategy sessions, training programs, and process development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
• Recent graduate with strong academic achievement in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and resourceful with a genuine interest in wealth management and private equity.
• Eager to learn modern AI-based tools and technologies.
