Basic Duties
- Commitment of a minimum of 12 hours and no more than 25 hours per week, scheduled work hours must be within normal office hours, no weekends or evenings. Work schedule will revolve around scheduled classes and will change with each semester accordingly.
- Tasks such as: Copying, binding, printing drawings, books and manuals, along with delivery of interoffice mail, stocking paper and supplies, running errands and miscellaneous tasks.
- Software and standards training.
- Assist designers and engineers with drawings, specifications, reports and other documents or duties as needed.
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors engineering university program to qualify. Engineering disciplines that are supported by M3 are: Civil, Structural, Electrical, General Arrangement, Instrumentation and Controls, Mechanical, Piping, Materials Science. Ideal candidates are students who are at least in their second semester of their Sophomore through their Senior year.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Valid Driver License.
- Must be able to work in a project team and maintain a project schedule, be a self-starter, detailed-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills.
- Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner and work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, RISA 3D, and MS Office
